Mrs. Deepa Vats, Director of Psyche Panacea, a phenomenal entrepreneur who has been making waves in her industry. She is a visionary leader, a mother, creative thinker, businessdevelopment expert, HR consultant and a true inspiration to aspiring entrepreneur. With her innovative ideas and unwavering determination, she has successfully built a thriving business that is making a significant impact in the market, under her leadership Psyche Panacea has grown multi folds. Her diligence has also helped spread the importance of inculcating HR programs for employees in several other corporates such as Honda, Reliance, Hero Moto Corp etc. She also introduced Result oriented Trainings in the industry when it was still underdeveloped. She has given shape to all these programs. She takes to societal change and empowerment in her corporate endeavours. She has dedicatedly aligned Psyche Panacea’s pursuits in customizing CSR portfolios for several companies. This has proved beneficial to local communities, women, youth, and the organizations themselves in terms of value-branding.
As the Director, Deepa has initiated multiple skill development programs that have helped the families of the blue-collar workforce in gaining employability and self-sufficiency.
